By downloading or using Cadence ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use it to track habits and routines on your iOS device.

As-Is Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. I do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Purchases and Refunds

The App offers a lifetime purchase option. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. I do not process refunds directly.

Data and Backups

You are responsible for your own data and backups. While the App stores data locally and offers optional iCloud sync, I am not liable for any data loss. I recommend enabling iCloud sync or maintaining regular device backups.

Updates

The App may be updated from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or comply with platform requirements. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
